PowerHouse SMART® was founded in Chicago in 2006 with a simple yet powerful vision: bring together leaders across the luxury design, architecture, construction, and real estate industries to build meaningful relationships that elevate both business and humanity.
What began as a small circle of trusted professionals has grown into one of the most respected collaborative communities in the luxury residential industry. Today, the Illinois/Wisconsin chapter serves as the flagship PowerHouse community and continues to set the tone for the organization’s relationship-driven culture.
Members gather through curated experiences including the annual Chicago Luxury Conference, the Chicago Luxury Summit, PowerConnect™ Groups, and intimate project tours and educational programs designed to deepen connection and collaboration.
