The Africa Impact Trip is an immersive experience that brings together business, global perspective, and meaningful impact in one shared journey. Designed for a small, curated group, it offers the opportunity to step outside of day-to-day work and engage with both industry peers and local communities in a way that is deeply personal and eye-opening.

This experience blends professional connection with on-the-ground insight, giving participants exposure to the design and building landscape in Zimbabwe while also learning directly from local experts. At the same time, it creates space to witness and engage with impactful nonprofit work—expanding awareness of global challenges and the tangible ways lives are being improved through healthcare, education, and economic support.

Beyond the learning, the trip is about shared experience. From exploring Victoria Falls to seeing wildlife in its natural habitat, and from meaningful conversations with local communities to time spent with like-minded leaders, it creates a depth of connection that is difficult to replicate. It is both grounding and expansive—offering a new perspective on business, life, and the role we each play in creating lasting impact.
