I’m known for being process-driven, straightforward, and calm under pressure. I’ve helped small firms grow into thriving multi-million dollar businesses by tightening operations, strengthening teams, and building relationships that last. Outside of work, I’m a breast cancer survivor and advocate, and I’m proud to serve as a Board Member for the This Time Tomorrow Foundation (TTT). I also serve on the board for Women in the Construction Industry Wisconsin (WICIW), supporting the next generation of women in the trades and construction leadership. A big part of my role is education, translating complicated water issues into practical jobsite decisions. My goal is simple: fewer surprises, smoother projects, and better outcomes for homeowners.
