Sarah brings a unique blend of leadership experience and passion for design to the Pickell team. She spent many years with a prominent semi-custom homebuilder in Wisconsin, where she guided clients through the building process while driving growth in sales and customer satisfaction. Before that, she led large retail teams, honing her expertise in strategy, operations, and people development. Outside of her professional career, Sarah has personally remodeled and built several homes, deepening her appreciation for quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. This hands-on experience, paired with her professional background, fuels her enthusiasm for helping clients bring their dream homes to life.
