Ioana Savos

Ioana is the operations powerhouse and strategic mastermind behind everything we do here at NEC. A recognized leader in the high-end construction industry, she brings her creative vision and savvy to all aspects of the company’s business development, financial management, team building, and leadership. Since 2015 Ioana has served as president of Savos Rental/NEC Chicago, a multi-unit residential and commercial property management company known for its high tenant retention rate and excellent customer experience. She also leads ASIS Investments, an angel investment company to fund promising entrepreneurs. A Romanian native, Ioana holds multiple leadership roles in the Chicago community, including serving on the Board of Directors for Fundatia Zalauani la Chicago and Romanian United Fund, as well as the Excellence Committee for Rondout School. A devoted mother and wife, she also enjoys taking her family around the world for travel adventures , a good book, and her zest for Peloton classes.
